· Practicing Regular Yoga or Pilates will also help you to keep your body fit during pregnancy.  Attend a prenatal Yoga class from a certified professional after consulting your physician. Regular Yoga will also help you prepare for childbirth easily and quickly without developing much pain at the time of delivery. You may also buy DVD available in the market for such kind of Yoga.   · You must drink plenty of liquid daily not to avoid dehydration but to keep you fit while you are pregnant. You must take at least 15 cups of water a day. You may take 200 mg of caffeine a day. Don’t take any kind of soft drink as it may harm you and your unborn baby also.
    3.   To get fit and healthy every woman must avoid alcohol. Taking alcohol when you are pregnant is very harmful to you and your unborn baby. If you explore, you will find a plenty of harmful evidence and the risk for you and your unborn baby. So, be careful and try to stay away from alcohol when you are pregnant. Taking Tobacco will also very harmful for your baby. It will take your unborn baby to high risk after birth. It may cause respiratory diseases to your baby.
